How To Track Your Order
Stay updated on your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Option 1: Using the Track Order Page
Click on the “Track Your Order” link located in the header or footer of our website.
Enter your Order ID (found in your confirmation email/SMS) and your Billing Email / Phone Number.
Click “Track” to view real-time shipping updates.
Option 2: Direct Tracking via Courier Link
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, we will send an SMS containing your tracking number and direct tracking link.
